Usage

1. The product is an epoxy-containing coupling agent for caulking and sealants of polysulfide and polyurethane. It is also used in epoxy resin adhesives, filled or reinforced thermosetting resins, glass fiber adhesives, and Inorganic filled or glass-reinforced thermoplastic resin, etc. It improves the strength properties of hard composites reinforced with glass fiber rovings.

2. It can enhance the electrical properties of epoxy resin electronic sealants packaging materials and printed circuit boards, and improve the adhesion between resin and matrix or filler.

3. Electrical properties of composite materials including inorganic-filled nylon and polybutylene terephthalate.

4. Effective for a wide range of fillers and substrates such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz or aluminum, copper, and iron.
