GreeChem proudly took part in the 20th edition of the China International Chemical Industry Fair (ICIF China 2023) from September 4th to 6th at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As one of China’s most authoritative and comprehensive chemical exhibitions, the event was a powerful gathering focused on “Innovation-Driven, High-Quality Development”. Our presence at this key Asian market platform was both prominent and productive.
The exhibition was massive, covering 38,000 square meters and featuring 754 exhibitors showcasing the entire chemical industry chain. From our central booth, we engaged with a vast and diverse audience. We met with procurement teams from leading Chinese state-owned enterprises like Sinopec and CNOOC, technical directors from burgeoning private chemical giants, and international traders based across Asia. The flow of visitors represented a broad cross-section of the industry, from traditional petrochemicals to cutting-edge chemical materials and digital solutions.
Participating in ICIF China 2023 yielded outstanding results for GreeChem. It served as a perfect platform to strengthen our brand recognition within the world’s largest chemical market. We finalized several supply agreements with major domestic partners and identified numerous potential clients from across Asia. The forum sessions also provided deep insights into China’s “Dual Carbon” policy and industrial trends, information that is crucial for aligning our strategic offerings. This event solidified our commitment to and growing footprint in the dynamic Asia-Pacific chemical landscape.
