Usage

Tire Manufacturing: Synthetic rubber is the primary material used in passenger car and light truck tires. It is used in the tread, providing excellent wear and wet skid resistance.

Adhesives and Sealants: Used in the manufacture of various solvent-based and water-based adhesives, sealants, and asphalt modifiers, providing flexibility and adhesion.

Footwear: Used in the manufacture of soles and insoles, providing excellent abrasion resistance and comfortable elasticity.

Plastic Modification: Added as a toughening agent to plastics such as polystyrene to create high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), used in appliance housings and packaging.

Other Rubber Products: Used in the manufacture of conveyor belts, rubber flooring, hoses, gaskets, and various molded rubber products.
